Early access · first clubs go live January 2027
renuzy collects your club's dues, chases the people who forget, and marks everyone paid. We never take a cut of what your members pay you, and your price is locked for as long as you're with us.
We email you once when renuzy opens. Nothing else, and no card.
The true cost
Join It charges $29 a month and takes 3% of every payment your members make. That fee grows every time your club does. Move the sliders and watch what the 3% actually costs you in a year.
Your club collects $12,500 a year. Both plans below are the yearly billed price, so it is a fair comparison. Stripe's card fee is the same whichever one you pick, so it is left out of both.
Your club keeps $398 a year with renuzy.
Join It prices checked on joinit.com on 12 October 2026: Starter $29 a month plus 3%, Total $99 a month plus 2%, both 10% off when billed yearly. joinit.com/pricing
Checked 12 October 2026
Dues at $50 a member, so the club collects $5,000. Every price is the one published on the vendor's own site, billed yearly, with the percentage fee worked out in dollars.

WildApricot, 100 contacts, $59.40 a month when you pre-pay a year, checked on wildapricot.com/pricing on 12 October 2026. Join It Starter, checked on joinit.com/pricing the same day. We recheck every price here each quarter and before any ad runs.
Easy to start
Most clubs are set up in an afternoon. Bring whatever you already have. If your member list is a spreadsheet a past treasurer made in 2014, that is fine.
Your members see your club on every page, email and receipt. renuzy stays a small line at the bottom.
Any file you have. We match the columns for you, clean up the duplicates, show you a preview, and let you undo the whole import for 30 days.
Any schedule you run: calendar year, join date, family memberships, member rates, discount codes, pay what you can.
Connected through Stripe, so the money goes from your member straight to your club. renuzy never holds it.
For the people paying
No account, no app, no password to reset. A member taps the link in your renewal email, sees the amount and the date before they pay, uses Apple Pay or Google Pay, and gets a receipt. Then they get a member card for their phone's wallet.
Text is set at 17px and buttons at 48px, because plenty of club members are over 60 and reading glasses are not a design decision we get to make for them.
Runs itself
Every feature is on every plan. Nothing here is held back for a bigger tier, and nothing on the left is a promise we have not built yet. What is still coming is on the right, labelled, because you should know what you are buying.
Feels like a support team
Most dues software shows you a table and leaves the thinking to you. renuzy reads your club's history and hands the treasurer a short list: who is at risk, why, and what to do about it this week.
One number for how your renewals are tracking, with a plain sentence saying what it means.
Not just who is late. Who has gone quiet, who stopped opening the emails, who missed last season too.
What your dues income looks like over the next quarter, so the board is not guessing at the meeting.
What came in, what went out, and the three things worth your attention. Plus a monthly report you can hand straight to the board.
Costs less, and keeps costing less
Move up a plan, pay the price on your card, never the new one. If we raise prices for new clubs later, nothing changes for you.
Two months free when you pay for a year. Every feature on every plan. 30 days free to try, with no card, and you only pay when you go live.
Early access
We are building with a small group of clubs before anyone else gets in. Founding clubs get a free setup call, help moving their list across, and the lowest price card renuzy will ever publish, locked for as long as they stay.
Or write to hello@renuzy.com and say you want a pilot. Jeremiah reads every one.
